Halloween Houses

Last week while Troy was out hunting I wanted to do something fun with the boys that I knew Troy would not be thrilled about...making Halloween Houses! It was probably a good thing because the kids ate a ton of sugar and things got a little messy but we had a blast. We had some friends over and I just loved seeing how creative the kids were. Sebastien's little house didn't last too long, Manti reached for a piece of candy and down it went! Surprisingly Sebastien did not get mad or cry he just said, "that's okay, it was just an accident." I also told him we could always make another one with Daddy so he was happy about that. Now we just have to wait and see if that actually happens. Maybe it will be a fun thing we can do on Halloween since it falls on Sunday this year. I have to give a big thank you to my friend Bri who took pictures before disaster struck.
Surrounded by candy and frosting, he was in heaven!
Manti's "Halloween" house.

Sebastien would tell me where to put the frosting, I didn't trust him with the frosting.

His house was pretty spooky! I love the globs of orange gel running down.

This was right before Manti knocked it over, pretty sweet right?

I'm way impressed with your houses! They look so fun, that would be a fun little tradition.

What a great idea! I don't think you learned that one at home! They are really well done. What creative little boys you have. Looks like a new business venture...the construction business. I'll bet you'd have a lot of takers on those houses! What fun!
